Parts Counting Scales
Is your inventory coming up? Is counting each piece by hand to cumbersome and time consuming? Look no further, Champion Scale has a solution for you! Champion Scale has the largest parts counting rental fleet in the Midwest. Our rental contracts our infinitely flexible and can be negotiated by day, week, month, or even year. We offer parts counting scales ranging from 1 lb. all the way up to 10,000 lbs. We can interface our parts counting scales with printers and data collection software for easier and more fluid counting. Weight Rental and Crane Testing
Need to load test an elevator? Or, how about a crane? We have a large enough weight inventory to load test almost everything. We rent everything from tiny gram kits to large 1000 lb. blocks along with sulkeys and carts for easy transportation of the weights. You can pick up the equipment at our office, or we can deliver it to you on site.
If what you need is to test a large crane, our friendly crew will personally come to your location and rig up the test equipment. Testing cranes has never been easier than with Champion Scale’s motorized cart. We fill the cart on site, drive it where you need it, you lift it, and we’re done. We can load test cranes up to 100,000 lbs.
